About

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Philosophy at Princeton University. Before attending Princeton, I received a BA in philosophy and sociology from University of Wisconsin-Madison (go Badgers!). I specialize in early modern philosophy, especially the relationship between reason and faith, or philosophy and theology more broadly. I explore these issues primarily in the work of Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz and Blaise Pascal, though I have serious interests in other figures as well.

I am from the Chicagoland area and am currently based in Philadelphia. Outside of philosophizing, I enjoy playing the drums, going for runs, taking photos, and cooking. See below a photo I took of myself on a philosophy related trip to France!
